These terms and conditions govern your use of the Master Your Photography website and the purchase of courses and digital products from us. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Accepting these terms
By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.
Courses
Access
When you purchase a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not share your login details, distribute course materials, or allow others to access the content using your account.
We aim to provide lifetime access to courses you have purchased. However, we reserve the right to withdraw or update course content at any time. If we withdraw a course entirely, we will offer a fair remedy including a refund where appropriate.
Refund policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on courses, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase.
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the course lessons.
To request a refund, please email us at info@masteryour.photography with your name, email address and the course you purchased. We will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Gift purchases
Gift codes are non-refundable once the code has been redeemed by the recipient. Unredeemed gift codes may be refunded within 30 days of purchase — please contact us to arrange this.
Digital downloads
All digital downloads (PDFs, presets, actions and similar products) are non-refundable once downloaded, as the digital file is delivered immediately upon purchase. If you experience a technical problem with a download, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete your purchase.
Discount codes are subject to the terms shown at the time they are issued. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including course videos, written materials, PDF downloads, images and design — is the property of Bailey Cooper Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a course or download grants you a personal licence to use the materials for your own learning. It does not transfer any ownership or right to share the content.
Limitation of liability
Our courses and materials are provided for educational purposes. While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantee that following our advice will produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bailey Cooper Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
